Excellence Huanggang Century Center is located in the southeast of South CBD Area of Shenzhen, covering an area of 30000 m2. The total floor area is 430000 m2. The main building is 300m high, serving as office building, business apartment, shopping mall and hotel. It is the largest urban complex project in Futian Center District of Shenzhen to data. There are 116 Mitsubishi elevators and escalators used in the Excellence Huanggang Century Center, among which 9 are 6m/s elevators. Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co.,Ltd. has been entrusted by the project to be responsible for installation and long-term maintenance.

As the landmark project of Tianjin, Tianjin Tower is located in the conjunction of North Dagu Road and Xing'an Road, along the west bank of the Haihe River. It has a gross floor area of 346400 m2, consisting of one 75-story tower and one 26-story apartment. This 336.9m tower will become the tallest building in Tianjin, and the first building in North China. This project uses 43 Mitsubishi elevators in total, among which 6 are double-car elevators with speed of 7.00m/s and 8.00m/s. Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co., Ltd has been entrusted by the Owner to be responsible for installation and long-term maintenance.

The Shanghai Citigroup Tower is a world-class intelligent office building, combining bank club, financial and trade center, business center and conference center. It is located in Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone of Shanghai, covering a floor area of 11900 m2. This 42-story building is 180 high, with a gross floor area of 120000 m2. All elevators and escalators (28 in total) of this Tower are from Mitsubishi, and Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co., Ltd has been entrusted to be responsible for installation and long-term maintenance.

The Bank of China Tower, located in the heart of the Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone of Shanghai, has a height of 258m. This 53-store Tower has a floor area of 99200 m2 and a construction area of 120000 m2. It looks like a spade-shaped coin, the upper part of which has soft and smooth lines and crystal clear appearance. The Bank of Communications Tower, next to the Bank of China Tower, is a 50-story building with a construction area of 100000 m2. This H-shaped double-tower has an unconventional height-width ratio. All elevators and escalators (34 and 27 respectively) of this Tower are from Mitsubishi, and Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co.,Ltd. has been entrusted to be responsible for installation and long-term maintenance.
