Hotel

The Grand Hyatt Guangzhou hotel is located in the F1-2 plot of the CBD of the Zhujiang New Town, covering a floor area of approximately 120000 m2 and consisting of one hotel-guest room building and one high-grade office building. The podium part is composed of leisure center, conference rooms and a banquet hall capable of holding 800 people. On the underground floor and the ground floor, there are world famous boutiques covering an area of 5000 m2. Neighboring the centerline of the Zhujiang New Town and the largest green land, the hotel will provide guests with splendid scenery. All elevators and escalators (34 in total) of this project are from Mitsubishi, and Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co., Ltd has been entrusted to be responsible for installation and long-term maintenance.

The Jin Mao Tower is located in Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone of Shanghai. It is a 88-story high-rise building, with a height of 420.5m and a construction area of 289000m2. Ranked 3rd in Asia and 2nd in China, it is a symbol of opening-up and boomed economy of China. All elevators and escalators (79 in total) used in this Tower are from Mitsubishi, among which 2 are the fastest elevators (9m/s) in China Mainland.
