Residential Building

The Tiantongyuan Residential Dwelling, as the largest residential dwelling in China, is located in Lishuiqiao of Changping District of Beijing, covering an area of more than 10 million m2. It is planned to use more than 1000 elevators, and, by the end of August of 2008, 1225 Mitsubishi elevators have been installed. It is the residential dwelling that uses the largest amount of elevators compared with all domestic signal projects, and will set a new record in the world elevator industry. Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co., Ltd has been entrusted by the Owner to be responsible for long-term maintenance.
