Environmental Protection

Gearless traction machine driven by high performance permanent magnet (PM) synchronous motor is applied, to markedly enhance the system efficiency about 30%~50% higher than conventional system and drastically reduce power consumption in a big margin.

The gearless traction technology is adopted, instead of the traditional worm gear reducer, to greatly decrease the noise from the machine room, by at least 10 dB compared with the products in the previous generation.

The PM synchronous gearless traction machine for Mitsubishi passenger lift needs no lubrication, thus uprooting oil pollution, and more compliant with the EP requirements.

Accuracy

The application of the world advanced VVVF driving technology of space voltage vector control for Mitsubishi elevators remarkably raises the voltage utilization rate and eliminates current harmonic wave and torque fluctuation to the fullest extent, effectively inhibits the vibration and noise.

By applying the world advanced intelligent power modules, the VVVF driving system of elevator is developed in professional module design, to seamlessly integrate the control of elevator an motor. The special driving system makes the elevator operation control prompter, more accurate and more reliable. Meanwhile, the module design structure reduces failure rate substantially.

Thanks to the data network control system with integrated 32-bit built-in CPU and 32-bit high-speed digital signal processor, the Mitsubishi elevator achieves the accurate systematic all-digital control and motor driving.

It adopts CAN bus communication technology, so as to ensure high reliability and accuracy of the information transmission in elevator.

For the first time, the ultra-high precision hybrid rate detection encoder is introduced into the Mitsubishi elevator driving system. This encoder is able to detect the motor magnetic pole positions and speed signals quickly and accuratly. Each motor rotation brings a output of 8192 pulses(but the traditional encoder does only 512 pulses), fully ensuring the accuracy of the passenger elevator operation control, to let passengers feel especially stable and comfortable.

Freedom

It ensures that the area of the machine room is totally same as the sectional area of the hoistway, so as to enhance the utilization rate of building, and lower the impact of the machine room on the appearance of building, thus granting more freedom to the design and layout of architecture.

In comparison with the passenger elevator without machine room, the service and maintenance for small machine room elevator is much easier.

Energy-Efficient

High efficient permanent magnetic synchronous traction machine improves the traction efficiency for more than 30%. Meanwhile, the energy-feedback technology by Mitsubishi helps convert the energy regenerated during the elevator operation to clean electricity by embeded PWM rectifier. The electricity, which completely conforms to the relative national electricity quality standards and rules, is provided to the electrical device within the electric grip.
